Your journey begins where you have met the river. Its waters where to much, to strong. And as you pull inside your self like an egg for protection, yet ready to crack, you find yourself still in the middle of the storm. The "I" of the storm. Finding Peace as debris flies all around you is no easy task. Holding on to Hope and praying for Calm Hands you are now amongst the waves. No Longer in the river but swept out to sea. There is a small window, an opening out from the storm. A moment of reprieve, as you great the Heart of Gold at the breaking point, with peace found in the crashing wave. This installation occurred at The Hive in Down Town Phoenix from November 21st - December 13th. An immersive experience that took you through a physical storm with a moment of reprieve at the other end. Tea was served. Everyone had an interesting experience with the work, personal to themselves. I hope you do too.
